What size should I order?

It’s important that you reference our size guide as well as our “Care & Wear” notes for each garment. If you are still unsure, we would love to help you choose your size. You can reach us at support@shop-gallagher.com.

How can I exchange the garment I just received?

If you would like to exchange your garment for another color, size, or an entirely different garment altogether, we will make it happen! We accept exchanges up to 30 days after delivery for all unworn garments. Contact us at support@shop-gallagher.com to start the process.

How can I return the garment I just received?

We accept returns for store credit up to 30 days after delivery for all unworn garments. Contact us at support@shop-gallagher.com to start the process.

Do you offer refunds?

Our current made-to-order business model does not allow us to offer refunds at this time. We are more than happy to offer store credit for any returns as well as exchanges for all of our garments.

What is a lead time?

Lead time is the amount of time it takes us to produce your garment and prepare it for shipment. Lead time does not include delivery transit time.

Why is your lead time 4 weeks?

Our team is small, so our current lead time reflects the amount of time it takes to prewash, cut, sew, inspect and pack each garment before we ship it to you.  

What does made-to-order mean?

Rather than producing stocked inventory as most apparel companies do, we produce each style that we’ve developed on demand. This means that we do not begin the production process until an order has been placed. Week to week, we create a production plan based on the orders we’ve received so that we can produce our dresses as efficiently as possible.  

Why are you made-to-order?

As a new business, the made-to-order production model allows us the financial freedom and flexibility to produce exactly what our community is looking for, while ensuring the highest quality throughout the production process. It also allows us to reduce waste as we cut garments on demand rather than carrying excess inventory.

Why are some pieces available and others not?

Availability comes down to how packed our production schedule is month-to-month, as well as fabric availability from our vendors. Some of our fabrics have very limited availability since they are deadstock left over from other companies and resold. We manage our production schedule and material inventory to the best of our ability.

Are you able to update me on the status of my order?

Yes! After you’ve placed your order feel free to reach us at support@shopgallagher.com for the most updated status. We know it’s hard to wait but we promise we’re working to efficiently to produce dresses you’ll love for years to come.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

If for some reason you need to change your order after it’s been placed, please let us know at support@shopgallagher.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes to your order will not affect your lead time or your purchase price but the sooner you let us know the better.  

Can you rush ship my order?

We currently cannot accommodate any rush orders but we’d love to help make your order a smooth and timely one so check in with us at support@shopgallagher.com before you place your order.

Can I update the shipping address on my order?

If you need to update the shipping address after placing your order, please let us know as soon as possible at support@shopgallagher.com. We’ll do our best to document these changes properly so that you won’t have any delays in your lead time.

How do I care for my garment? Is it dry clean only?

Great question! Check out the “Wear & Care” tab under each of our product pages for the specific care instructions that dress requires.
